That reflective beautiful blue is so difficult to hide. Peacocks are so unique in their sounds and behaviors that it makes me so fascinated with the bird. You have a beautiful horse. We were at a horse show, with state fair judging yesterday, and I had forgotten why I always wanted a horse.
Peacocks are so great to see..I always thought they should have them roam central park freely here in NYC , they are just as majestic as a skyscraper when they open up. Brilliant pics !
Hey Jan. To get bigger pictures I had to edit the html of my blog to make it big enough to allow for the pictures. You can find a couple of sites that explain how it's not that hard. Then I resize my photos with photo editing generally making the largest side about 640pixels. Then I upload to Flickr which then paste the html in the post box. It seems like alot of work but not really and I enjoy the larger photos which show more detail. If you have any questions just ask.
My daughter lives outside of Durango, CO. She had a whole flock (dozens) of feral peacocks that ranged through her area. The last time I visited, they were all gone. I asked what happened, and she told me that a puma had come through and decimated the population. I hope your peacock doesn't attract mountain lions or cougars or neighbors trying to get a little sleep!
